Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Garments
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all HipKids hangtags are still securely attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
